About Booking
I am a new client. How do I proceed?
Jennuine Artistry's booking site is exclusive to active members. If you'd like to become a client, please complete the new client form.
Are you a bride-to-be? Complete and find more information on this form.
I'm a past client and having trouble logging in to my account. What do I do?
If you were a past client who lost access to your account due to being idle for more than a year, you'll have to complete the new client form and sign up to become a member again.
If you are an active client and can't login to your account, please reach out to me directly to resolve the issue.
How do I book an appointment?
Only active members can book appointments with me. New clients please complete the contact form. Once you get approved to become a member, you will then be an official client.
As a site member, you can proceed to booking an appointment by logging into your account and going to Book a Service. Select "Request to Book" under the set you want to book for, and then select the date and time that works best for you. If the schedule allows, it is highly recommended to book your next appointment for a fill before slots are taken. You also have the freedom to reschedule/cancel your appointments.
When do availabilities open up?
Availabilities open up month by month for active clients to book. The specific release date of each month will be emailed to the email address used in your login. Generally, the following month's schedule will be released by the first week of the previous month. When you are logged in to your account, you will have access to the calendar.
How can I check my scheduled appointments?
Log in to your account on JennuineArtistry.com. Click your name at the top of the page and go to "My Bookings". From there, you'll be able to see your current and past bookings. If you do not see an appointment you requested, then it was not confirmed. Please contact me immediately.
I need to cancel/reschedule an upcoming appointment. What do I do?
You have the option to cancel or reschedule your own appointment by logging in to your account and viewing your bookings, but it must be done AT LEAST 48 hours before your appointment. Note that the deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions. If you cancel an appointment online, the deposit does not get refunded to you, but instead, I will keep a note of the deposit credit for a future appointment (only if canceled within the accepted time frame). For more information on the cancellation policy, please refer to the policy page.
Cancellations given less than 2 days notice will be charged half the deposit amount. Same-day cancellations will result in a complete forfeited deposit, plus a $25 rescheduling fee regardless of reason.
Why do I need to send a deposit, and does it apply to my total due?
Deposits are required in order to lock in your appointment and guarantee your reservation for a specific time and date. This makes you accountable for the time slot you reserved. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The deposit is applied to the total price of the service. For more information on the deposit policy, please refer to the policy page.
Why are there no open time slots available to book?
If you do not see an orange dot on any dates for an open month, then it is completely booked. If you are looking at a future month, then it has yet to be open for booking.
If you'd like to be notified of any cancellations or have a request for other time slots, there is a form at the bottom of the service page you can fill out.
When should I come in for a fill, and how do I know if my set will be a fill?
Fill appointments are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks to upkeep the look. At Jennuine Artistry, fills are based on two things: 1) Fill appointment must be scheduled within 23 days (3 weeks and 2 days) of the previous appointment, and 2) The fill is confirmed once outgrown lashes have been removed and the remaining lashes intact are accounted for. An extra fee may be added to the final dues if it appears less than half is remaining. Note that not everyone can push their fills to 3 weeks. I will let you know my honest and professional suggestion on when is the best time frame to return for fills.
Please notify me if you believe your fill may be a full set, so I can prepare enough time for your appointment. If I am not informed, you may not receive your desired results or your appointment may be rescheduled on the spot.
NOTE: If there are chunks of noticeable gaps on the lash line, whether it's on one eye or both eyes, it is a full set. When in doubt, if you can look through your lashes and count how many extensions are remaining, it is a full set. You are also welcome to send pictures of your lashes to confirm.
I can't get an appointment for a fill. What do I do?
Unfortunately, the next appointment you book will have to be booked as a full set. Fills are accepted within 23 days from the previous appointment (other fill requirements apply as listed above). If you request to book a fill at a time that is beyond 23 days, that request will be denied and you will instead be scheduled in as a full set.
If your lashes can last until the 3-week fill mark, but there is no availability to book for it, please book the next best date for your fill appointment even if its at 2 weeks or a mini fill (within 12 days of the previous appointment), or schedule your next set as a full set if beyond 23 days.
